Maintenance Tech - Shopping Center
Overview
A national building services company is looking for a reliable and qualified person to provide maintenance support at a shopping mall in the Lincoln area.
Pleasant, drug-free work environment in a comfortable retail setting. Background check required. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work weekends. EOE.
J ob Responsibilities Include
Works as a member of the building maintenance team under the direction of a local company Chief Engineer. Works independently and as a member of a team.
Performs general building repairs and maintenance, and routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, automatic temperature controls, fire and life safety systems, plumbing, snow and ice removal.
May work shifts before and after mall / store open hours, including weekends.
