Responsibilities

• Electrical Systems Expertise

Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of 3-phase distribution equipment, PLCs, robots, servo motors, and building electrical systems.

Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for machines and facilities.

Competence in reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.

Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources for electrical projects.

Deep understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, hazardous waste handling, and environmental standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communications.

Managing electrical parts, tools, and consumables to minimize downtime.

Maintaining accurate logs of inspections, repairs, tests, and compliance activities.

Supervising, training, and developing technical / non-technical staff; proven ability to lead crews.

Hiring, onboarding, conducting evaluations, handling grievances, and managing disciplinary actions.

Overseeing electrical maintenance budgets, negotiating with vendors, reviewing bids and proposals.

Strong analytical skills to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot electrical issues, and drive process improvements.

Ability to implement and sustain improvements, foster innovation, and introduce new processes.

Handling workplace issues constructively and maintaining team harmony.

Strong verbal and written communication for coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Effective scheduling, task prioritization, and balancing multiple projects.

Flexibility to work "on-call," during weekends, holidays, or after hours.

Ensuring accuracy in inspections, safety checks, documentation, and maintenance activities.
