Essential Responsibilities Displays a high level of floor presence and availability to the membership and event hosts.
149; Greets and seats members and guests, coordinates event set up and floor plans with the club's event director to ensure all event needs are being met.
149; Schedules all banquet staff according to the weekly BEOs and sends out the corresponding event sheets to the F&B Management Team.
149; Ensures correct appearance, cleanliness and proper set-up of all banquet events. Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the dining rooms or event space and reports any deficiencies to the Clubhouse Manager.
149; Ensures all cleaning of equipment and storage areas are complete according to daily schedules Serves as a liaison and coordinates food service and programming between FOH and BOH staff.
149; Works in tandem with the Catering and Event Manager and Food and Beverage Managers Approves weekly timecards in Paychex for banquet staff
Ensures opening and closing tasks are assigned / completed daily. Trains, coaches and mentors all staff on a regular basis.
149; Carefully supervises to help ensure proper service. Actively assists with service, bartending, table clearing, food running and resetting when necessary.
149; Inspects service staff to ensure that they are always in proper and clean uniforms based on event type. Recommends new hires, assists with onboarding, trains and supervises service staff.
149; Directs shift meetings and lineup with service personnel; communicates information and policy changes and briefs proper personnel.
149; Oversees service on a daily basis, ensuring the memberships needs and expectations are always met. Completes quarterly inventory checks of all silverware, china and glassware and linen stock.
149; Handles member / guest / employee issues and informs supervisor of resolution and if further action is warranted.
149; Ensures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and followed. Assumes various roles in all areas of Food and Beverage service.
149; Performs other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager. Attends weekly meetings as scheduled by the Clubhouse Manager.
