Patient Service Representative - Cancer Care and IV Therapy | MaineHealth

Location : Scarborough, ME (100% Onsite at our brand-new facility opening Fall 2025)

Schedule : 40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | operating hours : Monday-Friday, between 7 : 15 AM - 5 : 00 PM

MaineHealth is excited to announce the expansion of our Cancer Care and IV Therapy services at a new state-of-the-art facility in Scarborough , opening Fall 2025! We're looking for a dedicated Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our growing team and help us deliver compassionate, high-quality care from day one.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner

Answer telephones and route calls appropriately

Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars

Perform general office duties as assigned

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
• Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
