Food & Beverage Floor Manager

As the Food & Beverage Floor Manager for Aramark at Guinness Brewery, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service. Your duties will include managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining inventory control. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, drive sales, and optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, foster a positive work environment, and collaborate with brewery stakeholders to support various events and initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences.

Compensation : The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities :

• Reports to the Senior Service Manager.
• Responsible for the FOH food and beverage operation, including quality control, staffing, event preparation, dining room operations and staff development.
• These standards should be met by leading, training, developing, communicating, and motivating team members.
• Individuals must spend at least 90% of the time on the floor incorporating supervising, coaching, and training.
• This is a Floor Management position and this role is expected to be involved in all aspects of the FOH operation on a daily basis.
