Base pay range

$65,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr

Seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant

About the Role

Experience preparing / assembling / drafting / revising corporate / transactional documents. Experience preparing and filing for applications and registrations (Certificate of existence / Good Standing / Charters / Annual Reports, etc) in various SOS. Experience working with Capital Services or CSC for certain filings. Excellent Word Skills & attention to detail taking pride in work. Will be supporting 2 attorneys, mostly one rainmaker partner who is patient easy to work with but very busy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare / assemble / draft / revise corporate / transactional documents
  • Prepare and file applications and registrations
  • Work with Capital Services or CSC for certain filings
  • Support 2 attorneys

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate / transactional legal work
  • Required Skills

    Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Capital Services or CSC
  • Pay range and compensation package

  • Work Schedule : 40 hours / week (8-hour days)
  • Flexible start and end times (within reason)
  • Location : Fully in-office (no remote or hybrid option)
  • Parking paid by employee : $160 / month + tax
  • Salary : Up to $85,000 / year (depending on experience)
