We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 3+ years of full-cycle A / P experience to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Park, FL . This role is critical to ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, period closing, and support across 30 multi-location restaurant operations .

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling high-volume transactions, and brings a strong understanding of accounting functions and the chart of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable , including entering invoices received via mail, email, or vendor portals
• Process vendor payments via ACH, credit card, and check
• Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
• Perform month-end A / P tasks, including closing the A / P period , distributing utility sheets, and reconciling Operations vs. Corporate invoice registers
• Support ad hoc accounting needs and maintain clean, accurate documentation
• Collaborate with operations leaders and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Utilize Excel, Outlook , and accounting software to maintain organized and compliant records
