Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bankruptcy law, strong litigation skills, and a deep understanding of financial restructuring. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and aligns with EOS principles of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation : Assess clients' financial situations and provide strategic legal advice on bankruptcy options.
• Case Management : Handle bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases.
• Court Representation : Advocate for clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, creditor meetings, and negotiations.
• Legal Documentation : Draft and file petitions, motions, objections, and other necessary legal documents.
• Negotiation : Work with creditors to restructure debt and develop feasible repayment plans.
• Compliance & Research : Stay updated on bankruptcy laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
• EOS Integration : Operate within the EOS framework, participating in Level 10 Meetings, quarterly planning, and goal-setting initiatives.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with paralegals, financial advisors, and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
