Job Description
A Warehouse Administrator is the backbone of daily operations in the Distribution Center office You will provide office support by handling requests, queries, and completing data entry.
The following details are not definitive and subject to change based on organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Able to maneuver through administrative tasks such as data entry in our ERP system, receiving phone calls for the DC, typing, copying, scanning, logging, reprinting, etc.
- Provides administrative / data entry support to ensure accuracy and efficiency during operations.
- Collaboratewith the Sales Team regarding customer deliveries and inquiries surrounding warehouse and customer service-related questions.
- Ensures completion of customer order / warehouse transfer worksheets, and creation of CXI Bill of Ladings.
- Maintain constant communication with CXI Dispatcher.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking office stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies with manager.
- Collaborates with warehouse associates daily regarding order fulfillment questions, concerns, or any other related issues pertaining to outbound deliveries.
- Perform Receiving / Shipping operations such as receiving purchase order numbers in Nxtrend systems, updating bin locations, record keeping and filing, printing shipping labels, etc.
- Inventory control that includes conducting stock checks and key punching all cycle count quantities
- Communicate with multi departments regarding PO issues or Order issues
- Main contact for all inbound appointment scheduling from trucking companies / vendors

Qualifications and experience
Data entry
Associate degree or some college preferred.
2 to 3 years administrative experience
Schedule
Full Time Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
Onsite Full Time
Shift based on business needs
Salary Expectations
Minimum Starting Rate of $19 hourly
