Respond to all inquiries, service requests, and sales requests Write and service policies in the Guidewire system Perform policy reviews to correct issues and optimize coverage Meet with clients in person Cross-selling and client retention tasks Assist with marketing and lead follow-up Organize documentation received from clients and carriers in agency
Job description :
Our client is an insurance agency that has a position available for a Customer
Service Representative. We are looking for a people-person with great
verbal communication skills who is a team player with a can-do attitude.
They specialize in property and casualty insurance
products.
The position offered is full time. Some remote work options may be
available.
Qualifications : Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Great Customer Service Skills and outstanding verbal communication
