Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in large global accounts

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 3 years managing large global accounts
Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural sensitivities
Proven track record of managing large, complex customer accounts
