A company is looking for a Manager, Member Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and processing of member transactions in a high-volume call center
Establish clear expectations for associates and monitor performance to meet company objectives
Oversee training and development of staff while ensuring efficient processing of transactions
Required Qualifications
Supervisory / management experience in a high-volume call center
Ability to manage, develop, and coach a team of 20-25 associates
Life insurance experience is highly desired
Successful completion of LOMA courses 1, 2, 3 & 4 preferred
Must obtain the ACS designation within 12 months and complete life insurance licensure within 6 months
