East Side Union High School District is seeking a Varsity Coach for the Girls Softball team at Andrew Hill High School.

Job Description / Essential Elements :

• The Varsity Coach has knowledge of the fundamental skills and techniques, as well as the advanced techniques needed for the specific sport.
• The Varsity Coach instills commitment, discipline, and teamwork and is responsible for successfully following the CIF / CCS Coaches Code of Conduct and the BVAL Coaches Code of Conduct.
• The Varsity Coach works / communicates with parents, students, staff, and the community.
• The Head Varsity coach is responsible for oversight of all levels within the program / sport.
