Amazon Connect Administrator
Work onsite in Parma, OH at least 4 days per week, with 1 remote day possible.
Job Summary
- Provide administrative support for Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and manage AWS virtual desktop infrastructure and call center solutions.
- Integrate AI tools with AWS services to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards within AWS environments.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using AWS tools to improve efficiency.
- Manage user access, permissions, and documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support scalable AWS-based solutions.
- Continuously update skills to keep pace with evolving AWS technologies and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing technical support and guidance.
- (Preferred) Utilize Zendesk for ticketing and incident management.
