Senior Clinical Product Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Product Manager, Behavioral Science.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of product development squads, accountable for clinical direction and outcomes

Collaborate with Clinical / CD leaders to establish an evidence-based Clinical Point-of-View for decision-making

Advise cross-functional teams on behavioral frameworks and digital intervention models to drive meaningful health outcomes

Required Qualifications

PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field

5+ years of postdoctoral experience in a digital health or healthcare technology setting

Experience with behavioral science interventions in chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, obesity)

Proven success in collaborating with Product and Design teams to create engaging user experiences

Ability to set clear objectives and adapt plans to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment
