- Plancoordinate and manage the movement of goods products or people fromone place to another
- Develop and implementlogistics strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs andincrease customer satisfaction
- Manage andmaintain relationships with suppliers carriers and otherstakeholders
- Coordinate with other departmentssuch as procurement production and sales to ensure smoothoperations
- Monitor and analyze logistics datato identify areas for improvement and optimizeprocesses
- Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and industry standards
- Develop andmanage budgets for logisticsoperations
- Supervise and train logistics staffincluding drivers warehouse workers and other teammembers
