Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
Manage the general ledger, month-end/year-end close.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting while identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
Manage, mentor, and develop direct-report accounting team.
Present financial results, cash flow insights, and metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally transitioning from public accounting.
Credentials: CPA license (required or strongly preferred)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required); MBA or Master's in Accounting preferred
