Job description

Human Resources Business Partner

We're a US company with a significant UK presence, and we do business all over the world. On average, 70 million people move job every year just in the US and UK. Since we were founded in 2016, over half a billion people in those markets alone have become Alumni of organizations that they may have lost touch with. We are changing that. We provide the software and the 'know-how' to power the Alumni networks of our clients and help them engage with, re-hire and enjoy commercial relationships with their former employees.

We're entrepreneur led, agile and fast to move on opportunities. No two days are the same. This is not a role for someone who craves routine. Your personality, skills and knowledge will be utilized every day. We're serious about owning our sector globally, however, we never forget to have a bit of fun along the way!

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, self-driven Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating meaningful, positive employee experiences. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources you'll be someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and integrity to everything you do - and who understands the importance of confidentiality and trust in every interaction.

About the Role

As our Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to both our global managers and team members, helping to scale our people practices for our continued growth.

In your first six months, your primary focus will be talent acquisition and onboarding - ensuring we attract exceptional people and setting them up for success. Your day-to-day people support will include everything from strengthening employee engagement, supporting high performance initiatives, and compliance.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role with lots of room to make an impact as our company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the global onboarding process to ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and connected.
  • Coordinate the logistics - from documentation and systems access to introductions and orientations.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from new hires to enhance and scale onboarding as we grow.
  • HR Partnering & Operations (Ongoing)

  • Be a trusted, approachable partner to managers and employees for everyday HR questions, while maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Keep employee records organized, accurate, and compliant across all regions.

  • Assist with compliance requirements in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Contribute to bringing engagement, recognition, and performance programs to life.
  • Jump in wherever needed to improve processes, strengthen culture and people initiatives, and support the team as we grow.
