About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Vice President of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to lead our enterprise strategy and initiatives in this dynamic field. This strategically important role requires a leader who will craft and execute a compelling vision that aligns with our organizational goals and digital transformation journey. You will play a crucial role in building and guiding a high-performing, global data and analytics team while establishing effective data governance across the enterprise.

You will drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions that enhance customer experiences, boost revenue, and improve operational efficiencies. As a key influencer, you will collaborate with the executive team, Board, and business leaders to ensure that our data capabilities evolve to meet the business's changing needs.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of hands-on leadership experience in data management, analytics, or AI, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's or PhD is preferred. Proven expertise in leading enterprise-scale data and analytics transformations, familiarity with cloud data platforms, data warehousing, machine learning frameworks, and advanced analytics tools will be essential.

You will ensure operational excellence, manage budgets, and cultivate vendor relationships while measuring the business value of our data and AI investments. An emphasis on ethical AI practices, transparency, and risk management is critical to this role.
