Required Skills
- Strong experience with batch and streaming data processing, particularly in managing intraday micro-batches and trading partner data.
- Proven commitment to CI / CD and developer discipline, including adherence to commit practices and Jira ticket traceability.
- Extensive expertise in AWS for building data pipelines and managing infrastructure, specifically in separating the T-Bar data store into its own AWS account.
- Proficiency in Python for streamlining legacy stored procedures and developing new data processing logic.
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with a focus on Terraform for effective infrastructure deployment and account separation.
Other Requirements
Ability to work onsite in New York. Certification in relevant technologies (AWS, Terraform) is a plus.Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in a technology leadership role, ideally in a data-driven environment.Nice to Have Skills
Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.Experience with AI / ML integration, including tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor, for enhancing code development and data quality rule generation.
