Division Head, Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine

The Division of Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time faculty member at the rank of Associate or Full Professor.

Responsibilities include clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activities, and the administration of the division.

She or he will work collaboratively with appropriate hospital and medical staff to plan, implement, evaluate and improve programs in the Division;

oversee quality improvement and related initiatives to ensure the professional aspects of regulatory compliance; and work closely with our academic affiliate at the Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.

Qualified candidates will have experience in leadership roles and hold the academic rank of Associate or Full Professor.

The candidate must have their MD degree, board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.

In addition to clinical experience and a commitment to teaching, the successful candidate will have demonstrated scholarly activity in an area of clinical or basic science research.
