Superlanet is seeking a Technical Analyst II for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity that is perfect for someone looking for long-term stability and the chance to contribute within a dynamic academic and clinical environment.

Under the direct supervision of the IT Operations Manager, the Technical Analyst II will install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support IT systems that meet business requirements. This position serves as a key technical resource providing responsive, customer-focused desktop and end-user support across clinical, research, educational, and administrative environments.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in onsite and virtual Service Desk support and a professional, customer-first approach. While the role involves some conference room and A / V support, this area can be developed further with training and mentorship from senior IT team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality onsite and remote Service Desk support to faculty, staff, researchers, and clinical personnel.
  • Use remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and supported software.
  • Support classroom and conference room A / V equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Manage and document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance IT operations and end-user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Education :
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience, or

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 1 year of experience.
  • Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with remote support tools.

  • Some experience with general ticket management workflows.
  • Some working knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and industry standards.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, professionalism, and a customer-focused personality well-suited for a client-facing environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications : CompTIA A+, Network+, and / or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Experience supporting clinical or healthcare environments, including Epic workstations.
  • Experience with Microsoft InTune and A / V or conference room support, with eagerness to grow in these areas.
