A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager to enhance and scale customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and strengthen customer support operations, including systematizing enterprise deals and enhancing standard operating procedures
Interface with instructors, students, employers, and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Collaborate with product leadership to inform and iterate on customer success initiatives and operational insights
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or business operations roles
Experience in building and improving systems to drive scale
Familiarity with customer support platforms, preferably Intercom
Prior work experience with marketplaces, edtech, or the creator economy is a plus
Proficiency in using tools for operational leverage, including AI and automation literacy
