A company is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Director - Mid Atlantic.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers to drive the full sales cycle for IT security solutions
Develop and implement regional sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to meet financial goals
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members while maintaining relationships with key customers and channel partners
Required Qualifications :
Experience as an enterprise software sales executive targeting corporate IT audiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a regional sales team
Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, MEDDIC)
Experience working with channel partners and managing complex sales cycles
