Correspondence Supervisor

Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Correspondence Supervisor to join our growing team.

Essential Functions :

• Actively lead and mentor Correspondence Specialists
• Supervise and train team for growth and development. Ensuring associates are qualified and trained in assigned position .
• Create productivity standards and manage team to set metrics
• Report to upper management complaint trending with root cause
• Work with other lines of business to manage complaint handling
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Identify opportunities to update or improve procedures and makes recommendations.
• Logging, scanning, and tracking requests in our system of record, MSP / Black Knight
