Regional Sales Director – Annuities
RiverSource is seeking a Regional Sales Director to work alongside an external wholesaler (Regional Vice President) to increase RiverSource Insurance product sales through the Ameriprise Financial Advisors channel. The role involves proactive outbound sales calls, inbound call management, virtual meetings, and sales presentations across assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : $50,000 per year. Compensation philosophy is pay-for-performance, with variable pay through bonus, commissions, and long-term incentives. Comprehensive benefits include vacation, sick time, 401(k), health, dental, and life insurance.
Work Location
Remote work is considered for qualified candidates. Hybrid flexibility (three days in office) for those located close to our Minneapolis Headquarters. Applicants must be willing to work Eastern time zone business hours.
