ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an insurance and financial services account manager, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Preferred not required : experience in insurance and financial services.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to obtain property, casualty, life and health insurance licenses if not licensed already.

    • Flexible work from home options available.
