Tcuv / Rt Manager
This position will support our Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Program (TCUV). The TCUV / RT Manager will be in charge of enrolling new dealers into the program, ensuring adherence to all policies and guidelines, and spearheading increased sales for both the program and participating dealers. The ideal candidate will possess exemplary communication and relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for driving sales growth. This position also involves the administration of the Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) Dealer Rental Program to Southeast Toyota's dealer body. The primary responsibilities include dealer development & marketing of the rental program, fleet management, and dealer adherence to SET / TMS policy & procedures.
Responsibilities :
Dealer Enrollment & Support : Actively prospect, recruit, and enroll new dealers into the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Program. Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to ensure successful implementation and adherence to program standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for enrolled dealers, answering questions, offering assistance, and addressing concerns promptly.
Program Compliance & Policy Adherence : Ensure that dealers fully comply with the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Program's policies, standards, and guidelines. Conduct regular audits and assessments of participating dealerships to verify compliance and resolve any discrepancies. Work with internal teams and dealers to resolve any compliance issues and ensure that the integrity of the program is maintained.
Sales & Performance Growth : Collaborate with dealers to develop strategies for increasing Toyota Certified Used vehicle sales. Track sales performance and provide insights, resources, and support to help dealers meet their sales goals. Identify opportunities for growth and work with the dealer network to expand their customer base. Manage TCUV profitability to the assigned PVR target.
Market Intelligence & Reporting : Collect and analyze market data and dealer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on program performance, dealer compliance, and sales progress to senior management.
Brand Ambassador : Represent the Toyota brand and the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Program at industry events, dealer meetings, and trade shows. Promote the value of the program to the Southeast dealer community and external stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, SET partners, and industry influencers.
Qualifications :
Working in the field, on average, three weeks each month, which includes extensive travel.
Presenting & Selling Rent a Toyota (RT) Program benefits to Dealer Body and SET Field Staff.
Training dealer staff on best practices and techniques to improve the profitability & efficiency of their RT Program.
Seeking out innovative ways to lever the RT Program to complement vehicle sales, customer retention and customer service.
Providing consultative instruction to dealers on rental operations and providing coaching to improve dealer performance on their desired purpose of the program.
Building competency with evolving mobility technologies.
