Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at Texas FDAF, Inc. located in the uptown area of Dallas, TX. The role involves handling financial statements, journal entries, bookkeeping, invoice processing, annual financial audit material production / response, payroll taxes, general accounting duties plus administrative duties as assistant to the Executive Director.
Qualifications
- Accounting Skills including knowledge of General Accounting Principals and preparing Financial Statements
- Experience in Journal Entries and Bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes
- Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel and Word
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask Effectively
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong References
