Role Overview

As the Vice President of Business Development you are responsible for identifying pursuing and securing new business opportunities within the multifamily property management sector. This role focuses on expanding third-party management contracts and strategic partnerships to support the companys growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep industry knowledge strong relationship-building skills and a track record of successful business development in real estate or property management.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with property owners institutional investors and developers
• Develop and execute strategies to expand third-party management
• Lead underwriting proposal development pitch presentations and contract negotiations with prospective clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using market research networking referrals and industry events
• Collaborate with marketing operations and leadership to tailor proposals and ensure alignment with operational capabilities
• Stay abreast of multifamily market trends ownership changes and investment activity in key markets
• Represent the company at conferences industry events and networking functions
• Maintain CRM records and regularly report on pipeline status and conversion metrics
• Act as a brand ambassador conveying the value proposition of the companys management platform and services
