This is a rare opportunity to join a fully integrated hospitality investment and operations platform where you will directly influence the company's growth across our four verticals : Davidson Hotels, Pivot Hotels, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group.
In this strategic role, you will :
- Source and evaluate hotel acquisitions, management contracts, M&A / platform deals, and development opportunities
- Build and deepen relationships with owners, brokers, equity partners, and industry leaders
- Lead the underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for all major opportunities
- Shape Davidson's long-term growth strategy and maximize value across our existing portfolio
- Lead, coach, and mentor a talented analytical team

Responsibilities include :
Drive acquisitions and growth by sourcing and evaluating marketed and off-market hotel investment opportunities, management contracts, and strategic partnershipsLead financial analysis including underwriting, modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment decision materials for internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain relationships with owners, brokers, private equity firms, lenders, franchise partners, consultants, and key industry contactsCreate and present high-quality investment materials, proposals, and pitch decks to senior leadership, partners, and prospective clientsPartner with the CIO and executive leadership to shape long-range growth strategies and identify high-value opportunities across all verticalsAnalyze performance of existing assets to maximize returns and support owner relationsOversee, mentor, and develop analysts and associates, including bi-annual reviews and coaching on modeling, deal analysis, and best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Development, and Senior Management teams to ensure alignment on deal strategy and executionManage multiple complex transactions simultaneously, prioritizing business needs and maintaining accuracy under tight timelinesRelocate to Atlanta within 36 months and work onsite 34 days per week, with 2550% travel as needed for acquisitions, partner meetings, and property visitsQualifications include :
Bachelor's degree required (Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, or Business preferred); MBA is a plus812 years of experience in hotel real estate acquisitions, hospitality business development, investment analysis, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, and market analysisDeep knowledge of hospitality real estate, operations, debt / equity structures, and asset management fundamentalsExperience with transactional processes including PSAs, HMAs, franchise agreements, TSAs, loan agreements, due diligence, and closing documentationStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with owners, equity partners, industry stakeholders, and internal leadershipExperience leading and developing analysts and associates, with a passion for teaching and elevating team performanceHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environmentProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and online research toolsHigh integrity, strong judgment, collaborative mindset, and a desire to drive meaningful, strategic impactDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
