Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee medication management services within designated regions
Provide management and support for clinical pharmacy teams and ensure training and education
Develop and evaluate medication management programs and provide direct patient care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate of an accredited college / university of pharmacy (Pharm.D) required
Valid license or eligible for licensure from the Board of Pharmacy in applicable state(s)
Completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency required
5+ years of advanced clinical practice experience in a direct patient care setting required
Applicable Board Certification or eligibility with successful completion within 12 months of hire
