Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle payroll processing for multiple entities using Paycor
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
- Handle payroll tax filings and reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting for reconciliations and audits
- Assist with year-end reporting (W-2, 1099)
