Housekeeping Supervisor - David Blackwell Hall

Compensation : $32.00 / hour
Description
Working directly with the Maintenance Manager, the Housekeeper Supervisor will assist with the supervision of the housekeeping staff as well as clean designated areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise the housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory control and inform Maintenance Manager of needs
- Hold regular staff meetings with the housekeeping staff
- Monitor building cleanliness, safety, staff compliance to rules / regulations
- Daily / weekly / monthly reporting due to the Maintenance Manager
- Vacuum carpet areas including resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Mop and clean tile areas including resident rooms and common areas
- Empty trash in designated areas
- Clean bathrooms including tub, shower, and toilet areas
- Work in common areas such as the lobby or offices as directed by the Maintenance Manager
- Attend all mandatory employee meetings
- Report any observed violations of property rules and regulations to the Maintenance Manager
- Report any needed repairs to maintenance
- Other duties may be assigned
