Operations Manager

Job Title :  Operations Manager – Mitigation & Construction  Location :  Albany, NY 12205  Salary :  $70,000 – $90,000

Overview :   We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee mitigation and construction projects from start to finish. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on being in the field, conducting site visits, and preparing detailed estimates in Xactimate. You’ll ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while mentoring and guiding project teams.

Requirements :

• OSHA 10 Certification
• IICRC Certifications
• Proven construction and mitigation experience
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

Key Responsibilities :

Perform site visits to assess project scope, quality, and safety compliance

Prepare accurate estimates and reports in Xactimate

Oversee project execution, ensuring budgets, schedules, and standards are met

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow

Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge
