Job descriptionAdherence to deadlines Microsoft Suite expertise Box experience preferred Experience with Confluence / SharePoint (or similar program) Needs to be able to work well with a small team HM would like for the candidate to be persuasive, but not pushy (i.e. someone who will hold teammates accountable but without being overbearing) Project Planning & Scheduling : Assist in work breakdown sessions, create initial project schedules, and maintain them under the Project Manager's guidance. Resource Management : Help define project resource requirements and maintain resource plans. Communication : Support the execution of communication plans, provide status updates, and report on project health and progress to stakeholders. Metrics & Reporting : Collect key project metrics and health indicators to monitor and report on project performance. Budget & Cost Management : Assist with managing project costs, compiling budget data, and tracking actuals against forecasts. Risk Management : Assist in defining risk management plans, analyzing risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination / management Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executives and creative departments. Attention to Detail : Demonstrated ability to produce polished, error-free presentations that effectively communicate key messages and uphold our high standards of quality. Corporate & Athletic Mindset : Experience working in corporate or brand-driven environments, with the ability to tailor communication for executive-level audiences. A passion for sports, innovation, and our culture is a strong plus. Experience in supporting senior executives, global marketing teams, or investor relations in a fast-paced, creative environment. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to convey performance metrics and strategic insights.

- This role is On-site at WHQ; typical work hours, WFH Fridays
- Degree preferred, not required for this role
- PMP certification nice to have, not required
- 3+ years' experience in a coordinator role (can be project management, operations management, marketing management, etc.)
