Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a copper manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. The job is located in Phoenix, AZ, with a pay rate range of $110,000 - $130,000. The role involves executing and exceeding building wire sales, developing the market by creating a strategic go-to-market strategy, and developing a strategy to identify and execute conversion opportunities for all Residential Electric Contractor (REC) accounts within the defined territory. The position also requires developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption for the client's products within REC's identified. Additionally, it involves continued prospecting and account development activities that result in account conversion, sales, and a favorable impact to EBITDA.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or a related field preferred. They should have 8+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry, with experience working in an Electrical Contractor capacity or working with electrical contractors highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Smartsheet, and experience with an ERP system are strongly preferred. CRM experience is required.
