Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Attorney based in Phoenix, AZ. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling various legal tasks including preparing and filing motions, representing clients in court, managing trials, and conducting depositions. The attorney will also be expected to collaborate with clients and provide strong legal advocacy in all matters.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Law and legal principles
• Experience in preparing Motions and legal documents
• Familiarity with Courts and court procedures
• Skills in conducting Trials and managing trial proceedings
• Adept at conducting Depositions and gathering testimonies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in the Arizona State Bar
