Job description

Technology Lead – J2ee

We are seeking a Technology Lead – J2ee for a full-time position in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information technologies.

Preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle with Java and J2EE
  • Good experience with J2EE framework like Struts, Spring and Hibernate
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant experience in client management
  • Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environment
  • Good Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
