They are hiring remote Personal Injury Attorneys in Ohio and Virginia. (Candidates must have active Ohio or Virginia Bar admissions).
This position is 100% remote.
Salary and Benefits :
- Salary range is $100k-$150k (Flexible / Negotiable DOE) + Lucrative commission & annual bonus plan. Income expectations in first year is $225k-$275k+.
- This role includes full benefits, 401k, PTO, room for growth and other perks.

- Draft pleadings, draft and review discovery related to personal injury
- Make court appearances as necessary.
- Prepare all pre-trial documents
- Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case
- Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo / trial
- Negotiate claims
Job Requirements :
- Ohio or Virginia Barred Attorney
- At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
- Trial experience is preferred
