Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to evaluate, design, and optimize business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to identify inefficiencies, document workflows, propose improvements, and support the implementation of effective, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Document existing workflows, SOPs, and business requirements using standard process-mapping tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, finance, supply chain, etc.) to gather data and understand operational needs.
Develop and recommend solutions to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve productivity.
Support the implementation of new processes through testing, validation, and feedback collection.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to management.
Assist in building automation solutions using tools like Excel macros, Power Automate, or workflow platforms.
Ensure processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
Train teams on new workflows and changes in operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
2 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, formulas, and macros preferred).
Working knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
Experience with workflow / automation tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Zoho Creator, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Zoho).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
