Job Summary :

• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Utilize time, supplies, and equipment effectively to provide high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.
