Job Title
New Account Sales Administrator
Position Overview
The New Account Sales Administrator will play a key role in driving the growth of Sky Bird Travel's client base by initiating contact with prospective travel agency clients. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to travel agencies to complete their onboarding process with Sky Bird Travel. Additionally, this role involves working through a preliminary prospect list to identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Area Sales Director for further development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospective Client Engagement
- Facilitate review, approval, and activation of new client accounts.
- Make outbound calls to approved travel agency client applicants to answer questions about Sky Bird's products, services, and processes. Facilitate the introduction to the regional sales office supporting them.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate the initial deposit required to activate the account.
- Act as the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the initial setup with Sky Bird Travel.
- Lead Generation and Qualification
- Use a preliminary prospect list to identify and qualify potential sales leads.
- Gather key information from prospects to assess needs, identify opportunities, and determine how Sky Bird Travel can best serve them.
- Pass qualified leads to the Area Sales Director, ensuring smooth handoff and follow-up.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer support during onboarding.
- Collaboration with Sales Team
- Share insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies and sales pitches.
- Reporting and Metrics
- Track call activity, lead efforts, and onboarding progress using sales reporting tools.
- Report metrics such as calls made, new accounts onboarded, and leads passed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in travel or tourism.Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships over the phone.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, especially during onboarding.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.Experience in a call center or outbound sales is a plus.Fluent English; Filipino and Hindi skills are advantageous.Working Conditions
