Recruiter Position

The Kelly Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter for its Decatur, Illinois, location. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry. This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties :

• Daily recruiting efforts to source and track qualified candidates through company website, job boards, trade schools, technical training programs, referrals, etc.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all candidates and facilitate any interviews and screenings
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
• Demonstrate strong computer and communication skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment laws across multiple states
