JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks
- Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
- Maintain health and sanitation standards
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and / or safety
- Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar
- Perform various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to multi-task
