A company is looking for a Tech Recruiter to assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, focusing on engineering and product roles
Strong experience with recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
Deep understanding of product and engineering functions, with the ability to engage candidates in these areas
Familiarity with or willingness to learn about engineering and technical roles
Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals
