PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Calibration Technician . In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and compliance of critical production systems in a state-of-the-art GMP Radioligand Therapies facility, supporting the safe and high-quality production of life-saving therapies.

What You'll Do

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment, lab instruments, and building management systems.

Troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including isolators, filling lines, utilities, HVAC, pumps, vacuum systems, motors, pneumatics, and control systems.

Interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to plan and execute maintenance and repairs.

Support 24 / 7 site operations, including startup and commissioning activities.

Maintain and calibrate radiation detection equipment to ensure compliance with radiation safety programs.

Document work orders, procedures, and deviations in accordance with cGMP requirements.

Provide technical support, spare parts data, and responsive service to internal customers.

Mentor and train less experienced technicians.

Qualifications

Required :

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

3+ years of hands-on plant maintenance experience in a regulated GMP environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in protective clothing, including cleanroom environments.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred :

Experience in aseptic fill / finish, radiopharmacy, or pharmaceutical / medical device environments.

Training in radioactive or hazardous materials handling.

Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, DEA, or international regulatory requirements.
