A company is looking for a Product Support Representative (1 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm PT Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple product lines including SRSA Virtual Data Room (VDR) and Onehub
Troubleshoot customer support issues via phone and email
Document troubleshooting steps and maintain communication with customers
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of phone-based Product Customer Service experience with VIP customers
1+ years of Web & Cloud Application support experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in troubleshooting software issues directly with clients
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required
