A company is looking for a PSP Account Manager (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage relationships with Payment Solution Providers to enhance payment acceptance and resolve end-user payment issues
Conduct comparative research on new PSPs and oversee the onboarding process, including compliance with technical requirements
Analyze payment data and provide insights for process improvements, along with managing financial tasks related to PSPs
Required Qualifications :
At least two years of experience working with Payment Providers or in related fields
Experience managing financial tasks such as invoices and reconciliation
Previous experience in communication and collaboration with PSPs' BackOffice
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proficient in computer skills, including Jira and Google Spreadsheets
