SUMMARY: Responsible for responding to all incoming calls, and assisting patient’s with direct registration, eligibility, and payment updates.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree required. One-year prior experience in customer service required. Must have basic typing, -Key, and word processing skills.

1. Assist the supervisor as requested.
2. Answer phone calls on a daily basis. Must be able to handle several incoming lines and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely professional manner.
3. Assist in updating of patient demographics/registration
4. Assist in verifying patients’ insurance eligibility.
5. Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.
